“What if I’ve tried therapy, coaching, and everything else — and nothing worked?”Then you already know what doesn’t work for you — and that’s valuable. This space isn’t about diagnosis or fixing. It’s about finding what does feel right in your body, mind, and soul — on your terms.

 

“Do I have to talk about my trauma?”Nope. We go where you want to go. This work is about supporting your nervous system and helping you feel steady again — not forcing you to relive the past.

 

“What if I’m not ready?” Then you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. You don’t need to be “ready.” You just need to be here — curious, tired, or fed up enough to try something different.

 

“What if I cry / shut down / go blank?  ”That’s okay. Seriously. I’m trained for that. More importantly — I get it. No performance needed here. Just honesty and breath.

 

“What’s the difference between this and therapy? ”Therapy often stays in the head. This work includes the body — your instincts, your responses, your energy. It’s grounded in somatic practice, nervous system regulation, and real-world survival, not just theory.
